We are specialists in cutting Wood based panels from MFC and
Chipboard/MDF raw boards, to compact laminate. On our high-speed Holzma HPP
380/300 automatic beam saws and automatic crosscut saws, we can meet most
requirements.
Our industry leading
hot-melt edge banding machine applies edging tapes with perfect results. Our
machines are also equipped with Cirtech Technology for laser edge applications.
We have a large range of edgings available from ABS to real wood veneers.
We offer superior
technology and equipment for the highly efficient production of furniture,
interior fittings, construction elements, and millwork, for panel and solid
wood processing. The 5-axis operating section, equipped with 13 kW HSD spindle and
with 360° continuous rotation on the vertical and horizontal axes, enables the
machining of complex-shaped pieces ensuring quality, precision and absolute
reliability over time.

including matt, high gloss, and wood grains to fulfil your specification,

All our edgings provide
a high strength bond and moisture resistance, with a minimal glue line between
the MFC and edging, but ensures the product can withstand the rigors of heat
and moisture over a long period of time.

require in order to build units yourself on site, we can save you time by
assembling the units so they’re ready to be delivered direct, so you can use
your time to the best effect. We can not only replicate your designed panels,
but our team can take the labor out of this for you, designing each individual
panel to build your unit efficiently and effectively. These are all packaged
for safe transport and can be delivered direct using our locally operated
transport network.
