We are specialists in cutting Wood based panels from MFC and Chipboard/MDF raw boards, to compact laminate. On our high-speed Holzma HPP 380/300 automatic beam saws and automatic crosscut saws, we can meet most requirements. We use the latest in optimization software to minimize waste and optimize your cutting lists so that each panel can be cut accurately and efficiently.

In addition to our extensive material and décor range we can supply a huge variety of wood-based panels by Unibois our sister company.

Our industry leading hot-melt edge banding machine applies edging tapes with perfect results. Our machines are also equipped with Cirtech technology for laser edge applications. We have a large range of edgings available from ABS to real wood veneers. Working alongside our suppliers we can match most colors and finishes - including matt, high gloss, and wood grains to fulfil your specification, meeting any size and quantity you may need.

All our edgings provide a high strength bond and moisture resistance, with a minimal glue line between the MFC and edging, but ensures the product can withstand the rigors of heat and moisture over a long period of time.

We offer superior technology and equipment for the highly efficient production of furniture, interior fittings, construction elements, and millwork, for panel and solid wood processing. The 5-axis operating section, equipped with 13 kW HSD spindle and with 360° continuous rotation on the vertical and horizontal axes, enables the machining of complex-shaped pieces ensuring quality, precision and absolute reliability over time.

With the latest CAD/CAM software we can make alterations to your design quickly to ensure any adaptions you may require will be done within our usual fast turnaround times. With the capacity to manufacture both small and large panels, we can fulfil most customer’s requirements with ease. Not only can we create all the panels you require in order to build units yourself on site, we can save you time by assembling the units so they’re ready to be delivered direct, so you can use your time to the best effect. We can not only replicate your designed panels, but our team can take the labor out of this for you, designing each individual panel to build your unit efficiently and effectively. These are all packaged for safe transport and can be delivered direct using our locally operated transport network.

Quality is at the forefront of everything we produce; starting from the very bottom with high quality feet between the cabinet and the floor, ensuring the best components are used such as Blum soft close hinges and Grass Drawer rails, to using solid 18mm backs all the way to the top, each cabinet is built to a high specification, with the flexibility to be disassembled to get around unforeseen problems when installing!

Each cabinet has been individually inspected for quality before being packaged ready for transport, so you can guarantee it’s a high-quality product received each time, every time!

At our production facility we can offer drilling, mitring, end capping, doweling and lots more processes to give you the perfect furniture component. In addition to the standard production line, we can produce to any specification, we can add drilling and / or cut the lengths down to fit any carcase size you require.

Drilling rails

Our specialist drilling and boring machines enable us to offer various holes drilled to any area of any sized x-tie, post, mullion, front rail, and back rail. Additionally, we can drill longer sized rails up to 3 meters long. Our rail drilling department can cope with high volume orders as well as small batches.

Drilling panels

Using the latest CNC drilling machines, we can produce many different panels. We can router and cut slots in order to assist you in creating your perfect kitchen, bedroom and bath room cabinets.

Corner posts

We offer corner posts manufacture with the added option of perfect end capping. Using the exact matching foil for the end of the product ensures that the MDF ends are hidden and the post is completely matched on all faces.

Vacuum Press Machines are used for flat or 3D lamination of PVC foils to MDF board, Chipboard, Plywood etc. and suitable for doors and cabinets, panels in kitchens, various furniture applications, in bathrooms and bedrooms. Process starts by heating cycle with high temperature quartz heating elements then gradually vacuum press cycle to finish foiling with negative suction pressure. Optional silicone membrane allows to also laminate veneers as well as the other laminating products onto the work piece. Moreover, with a unique fully automatic touchscreen PLC system, cooling fans system boosting your production speed at your maximum limits.

Wrapped Profiles - We can wrap many MDF and Chipboard products in a variety of sizes. This process means that we can supply a post, rail, and cornice to match any cabinet. Additionally, the product is wrapped all the way round giving a very tidy look to any cabinet, whilst at the same time keeping the cost low.

We have a large range of foils available to us from PVC and paper colored matched to real wood veneered foils. Working with our foil suppliers we can match many colors including plain, high gloss and wood grains. 

Using our multi-head molding machines, we can produce MDF profiles to fit any kitchen or purpose. MDF can be creatively molded into many different designs, which can then be wrapped in a wood veneer, paper or PVC foil laminated in many colors to give you the perfect finished product. Using MDF moldings instead of traditional wood means that you can have the shape and finish you want without the traditional wood prices.

We have a selection of different shapes and styles to match many needs - from standard square pelmets to more complicated cornices.

Woodworking hydraulic veneer heat press machine is suitable for the door industry, as well as panel secondary processing plant. Which can make lamination for furniture panel, building partition, wooden door and consequently laminates all kinds of decorative material onto wood-based panels, such as MDF and plywood. It can also be used for drying or leveling veneer.

Compared to the cold press machine, Thermal Press takes only around 4-5 minutes to laminate 1 time, in contrast to 4-5 hours of cold press machine.

Any kind of wood veneer or laminate can be pressed over the surface of the wood sheets and in special designs.
